What types of swimwear do you offer?
We specialize in high-quality, trend-forward swimwear for the whole family! Our collections include:
- Women’s swimwear (Bottoms, Tops, One Piece, Cover-ups)
- Men’s swim
- Kids swim sets
What sizes do you carry?
We’re proud to offer inclusive sizing across our collections. Our women’s swimwear typically ranges from XS to XXL, with extended sizes available in select styles. Men’s sizes range from S to XXL, and kids’ swimwear is available in sizes 2T to 14.
How should I care for my Swim Shoreline swimwear?
To keep your swimwear looking its best:
- Rinse in cool water after each use
- Hand wash with mild detergent
- Lay flat to dry (never wring or machine dry)
- Avoid contact with rough surfaces and harsh chemicals
Shipping & Delivery
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
- Express Coastal Delivery ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, arriving 10-15 days after dispatch
- Island Time Shipping (Free on orders over $50): Via EMS, arriving 15-25 days after dispatch
Pro Tip: Order at least 3 weeks before your beach vacation to ensure timely arrival!
How long does order processing take?
We process orders within 1-2 business days from our sunny Albuquerque studio. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide, bringing our inclusive sizing to beach lovers across the globe. However, we currently cannot ship to some remote islands and parts of Asia. During checkout, you’ll see if we can deliver to your location.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your swimwear as much as we do! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order. Simply contact our friendly customer care team at [email protected] to start the process.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we don’t offer direct exchanges. For a different size or style, please place a new order and return the original item following our standard return process.
