At Swim Shoreline, we want you to love your beachwear as much as we do! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our easy returns and exchanges process.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear bottoms unless the original hygienic liner is intact and undisturbed. All other swimwear categories (Cover-ups, Kids Swims, Men’s Swim, One Piece, and Tops) are eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your return/exchange request. Use our template below to ensure we have all the necessary information.
  2. Wait for approval – Our Beach Tribe support team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package your items – Securely pack your return using the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Ship your return – Send your package to our returns center at the address provided in your RAN email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for the package until it reaches us.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping your new item back to you.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

Want a different size or color? No problem!

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return

Note: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

International Returns

For our international Beach Tribe members (excluding Asia and some remote areas):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Please mark your package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and send you a replacement as soon as possible.
