Order Processing

We work quickly to get your beach essentials to you:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:

Standard Shipping ($12.95):

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping (orders over $50):

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

At Swim Shoreline, we want you to love your beachwear as much as we do! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a simple returns process.

Our Return Policy

  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order
  • All items must be:
    • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
    • In original packaging with all tags attached
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Important Hygiene Notice:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear bottoms unless the original hygienic liner is intact and undisturbed. All other categories (Cover-ups, Kids Swims, Men’s Swim, One Piece, and Tops) are eligible for returns.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps for a hassle-free return:

  1. Contact Us within 15 days by emailing [email protected] with your return request
  2. Wait for Approval – Our Beach Tribe support team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions within 2 business days
  3. Package Your Items – Securely pack your return using the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation
  4. Ship Your Return – Send your package to our returns center at the address provided in your RAN email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective
  • For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping your new item back to you
  • International customers: Please mark your package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

Want a different size or color? No problem!

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and send you a replacement as soon as possible.
