  • Customers worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia)

2. Website Use

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make purchases on our site.

2.2 Account Responsibility

If you create an account, you’re responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and all activities under it.

3.1 Product Descriptions

We offer a curated selection of beachwear including:

  • Cover-ups
  • Kids Swims

We strive for accurate product descriptions and images, but colors may vary slightly due to monitor differences.

3.2 Availability

All items are subject to availability. We may limit quantities and discontinue products without notice.

3.3 Pricing

Prices are in USD and subject to change. We’re not responsible for typographical errors.

4. Orders & Payments

4.1 Order Process

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason.

You represent that your payment information is accurate and authorized.

4.3 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

5. Shipping

5.1 Shipping Options

We offer:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL/FedEx, 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, 15-25 business days after shipment

5.2 Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide except some remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

5.3 Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

6. Returns & Exchanges

6.1 Return Policy

We want you to love your beachwear! Returns/exchanges must be requested within 15 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Hygiene Notice: For swimwear bottoms, we can only accept returns if the original hygienic liner is intact. All other categories (Cover-ups, Kids Swims, Men’s Swim, One Piece, and Tops) are eligible for returns.

6.2 Return Process

  1. Contact us within 15 days at [email protected]
  2. Wait for approval and Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  3. Package items securely (original packaging preferred)
  4. Ship to our returns center using provided address

6.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6.4 Exchanges

Follow the return process and specify your desired replacement. We’ll cover shipping for exchanges (subject to availability).

6.5 Damaged/Defective Items

Contact us immediately with photos. We’ll arrange a free return and replacement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our site (logos, text, images, etc.) is our property or used with permission. You may not use it without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Swim Shoreline isn’t liable for:

  • Incorrect delivery addresses provided by customers
  • Delays beyond our control (customs, weather, etc.)
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s).

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in Albuquerque courts.
